MR-BK LLC has subdivided the former
Del Monte and Mair properties into approximately 30 industrial and
commercial lots. These lots vary from as small as 2 acres to an outlot
that is more than 50. Most will range from 4 to 8 acres in size.
The park's lots are served by the
Village of Arlington for water and sewer, Alliant Energy for electricity
and gas, and CenturyTel for telecommunications. Much of the park
is covered by a single storm water retention plan.
Pricing
for lots is based on a lot’s size and location and currently runs from
.75. to $1.40 a square foot. Lots are zoned B-2 Highway Commercial, I-1
Business Park/Industrial, or I-2 Industrial District. Complete
